~ Awaiting Valentine's Day ~

I know! I know! We still have an entire month until Valentine's Day but I'm super excited for it this year.

I think that with everything we have gone through over the last year, it has made me reflect on how great my time with Robert and the girls has been and how much we've done, seen, learned, experienced and accomplished and I really want to celebrate that.

I am totally in love with Robert! He is thoughtful of others needs and wants and wants to make a difference in other peoople's lives. He is honest and trustworthy and a hard worker. He does what he needs to to get things done and still makes time to help with homework and chores. He is an awesome dad and husband!

We've made so many good memories! We met at USU and struck up a friendship. He played it cool while I would tell him all about my dates from the previous weekend. All the while....plotting and planning........ j/k. But really, though, it didn't take long. He asked me to homecoming as friends and by the end of the evening, there definitely was something more there!

(This kiss might have had something to do with that!)

Robert left for basic training in January and was gone until April.

Getting a letter in the mail was like getting a little peice of gold.

Next month will be 7 years since we sent these letters. I can't believe it!

(Sorry, but you have to click on the image to see it better.)

Robert finally made it home (buff) and 6 months later we were married. Our wedding was exactly 1 year minus 2 days from homecoming.

Wow. You've got gorgeous wedding photos. I think this is such a sweet tribute to your Valentine. You melted my heart.

I'm a little excited, too. I'm glad Christmas is over, although it was good, and ready to celebrate the new holiday! I hope to get John Zamudio pictures hung for Lizey for Valentine's day.

Its fun to see your cute family and your little girls.

Thank You. You are sweet. I'd never heard of John Zamudio before. I googled him. Did your mission serve as some influence for liking his work?

Parker and I liked dancing to your cold play song! FYI our camera is one of those tiny flip camera's. they sell them at sams club. I think you might have seen us using it at the farm.
