Hi everyone! Only 4 weeks and 2 days til race day! I'm kind of excited, a little nervous and really questioning my sanity!
For those of you who don't know- Ragnar is a 12 person relay race covering 182 miles beginning in Logan and ending in Park City. Each runner has 3 legs that are ran within 24 hours. Visit http://www.ragnarrelay.com/ for more info.
I am runner 4. My first leg is 5.1 miles starting in Paradise and ending in Avon. My second leg is 4.2 miles somewhere in the Milton/Morgan area. My third leg is 3.8 miles and starts near Jordanelle.
This weekend I ran my first leg to get familiar with the route. It is a really pretty area. Nice and quiet!
